Mette is a born and bred Danish Viking and can be summed up as a professional international Citizen who has roamed the world for 20 plus years. She is not only a professional in qualifications but also in her application of the disciplines she passes on. She is passionate about how we need to upgrade our soft skills to perform in a world of digital disruption.
She has a background in IT, Business and Education and as an ICT Teacher, she became fascinated with how we learn and the soft skills we need to perform. She worked with online learning and implemented conflict resolution programmes in the high performing school she worked in. As she started to teach conflict resolution to middle managers in the corporate world she realised there is a skill set people from all walks of life have missed out on.
Her mission is to reach as many people as possible and support them on their learning journey and support them with tools and skills to make the inevitable discomfort of learning more enjoyable.
She is experienced in working with individual leaders who are at a crossroad in their life and need some focus. She has also worked on change management projects. She is however passionate about developing high performing teams and the workplace behaviours as this is the true key to change management. Over the years Mette has supported and worked with entrepreneurs, corporate and government organisations to nurture the mindsets and emotional intelligence.
With her global mindset she understands how to work across cultures and the curiosity, and curious coaching conversations we need to have to build psychological safety to perform.
